Primal F.i.i.T Back Attack, is just that. It is designed to do what the back was intentd to do, suppourt it all, legs,core the entire foundation is attached to the back. The back is broken up into many different parts but for now we will focus on the big 3. What we want to start with is keeping the back safe as many athletes will attest the back is sore or sensitive area of training. How do we protect the back, as they say “I got your back” and this is having your back in all areas of successful fitness. The back is the performance starting block as every exercise, every movement requires the back to be in the best shape it has ever been. Lets get to it and start with building the back, the lattissimus dorsi  or “Lats” better known.
