Pectoralis muscle, any of the muscles that connect the front walls of the chest with the bones of the upper arm and shoulder. There are two such muscles on each side of the sternum (breastbone) in the human body: pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. The body part we all love to work and build.

What chest workout is best? Let’s first think of all the details that matter more. What is more important than best? The answer is you are more important, and what F.i.i.T your goals. Each workout will always give results and results are based on numbers, pure and reality numbers. When I say numbers I mean facts, not social media delusion, how many days a week are you lifting, how many exercises a week, and what is your overall repetition count of your workout. These numbers give you all the gains, definition, and strength that are way more important than doing any routine you read about. The Primal F.i.i.T workout purpose is to give you the success you can achieve by pushing yourself with only the tools need, no more no less. The chest is broken down into 4 major parts and what is always overlooked, the supporting tissues and under chest supporting muscle. All of these details have to be in place to achieve goals no matter what. The real goal is to never get injured from lifting. I’ll be the first to say heavy is not always the best path to fitness and fitness is not always the biggest. The Primal F.i.i.T lifestyle begins with what you have access to and what kind of workout makes your body and mind happy. I get it, you still want the bottom line answer, “what is the best Chest workout”. I have to break it to you, to be great, to be good, to be the best version of you, it will take them all and all of what you have. I don’t endorse all being the most expensive as we have seen many people with only a flat bench achieve more than people with full gym memberships, what I mean by all is what is your all, what do you have that will give you all that you desire. All is All about you.
Flat Bench Period – Foundation – Builds all
The flat bench is what will build the other parts of the chest, the top,bottom, middle and sides. What people often overlook is the under chest muscle, that gives you the lift to grow and retain size and mass, strength and function. The Primal F.i.i.T chest lifting series is never based on heavy more so what is the case use and keeping you functionally F.i.i.T. The beginning is about 3 real things and I want to take this time to share with you the importance, the value and what I lived with and trained with over the last 30 years of lifting for Fitness vs lifting for looks or size. The key you have to establish is commitment, the mentality of what is happening 48 hours before every lifting day. I know many people don’t think that far in advance but I promise you have to. You must keep your body feeling and doing its very best.
