Getting Started: Primal F.i.i.T is a way of life, it’s not just a trip to the gym, it’s not just checking the box, it’s the purpose to the commitment to achieving goals in training and out. Primal F.i.i.T teaches you to value what your great at and build from the strongest part of your skills.

The time training will show you all the data you need to grow, build and lose weight to achieve individual goals. Everyone is not the same and should not be thought to work out the same and have equal results. We all have to work and no one has an easy street.

All levels of training build your body in ways before and after training. Lightweight, heavyweight all build the same body with equal benefits. Functional fitness is what we need to achieve life tasks, being active, and adventures that make you personally accomplished.

The daily focus is to keep going, the purpose is to build you a better you. No fitness should be easy, it should be rewarding. How do you find that reward every training event? How do you push yourself when no one else will? The reality is seeing the success, repittions, sets and the skill to change the work out to achieve the goals designed for your goals.

I will share with you the path of what workout F.i.i.T your time to success fitness. We live in a 7 days a week busy lifestyle and must love ourselves and give the dedicated time to your lift. The athlete starts with the dedicated 2 days a week, at a minimum. Why 2 days or more has to be the bare starting point? You have to teach the 3 personal self tenants of Primal F.i.i.T to your body, mind and reward for the training inner voice. It has to be a life or fail driven vision. If you don’t go after it, how will you achive it.

What time of day is the best time to lift?

Time is all that matters: Why time matters most, why time will give you all you need and above all time will condition your success to feel the drive to lift when the world wants to slow you down. We live by the Professional mindset and your body and mind are at it’s peak of perfection in the morning. The first part of the day dedicated to your personal growth will always put your body in the best place to succeed.

The body in 3 parts

Total body Vs Body part lifting: Total body is the best when traveling, or time shortage. The total body lift is always the best way to build personal metrics to set the tone of what the body and mind can achive. The total body workout has all the benefits of cardio, strength and time succuss. You don’t want to spend a lifetime in the gym without the reward of the lift. When you look at the body for what you work it for you decide next when it’s time to move to dedicated trainnig. Which body parts to combine or truly focus on. The Primal F.i.i.T training will teach you which body parts to work together, and feel better and above all else each exercise will benefit the other body part for the super set. Chest and back, bicep and tricep, legs and abs. The full body body knowledge will help bridge the reward to connect your drive to design the workout with the most reward for every repition.

The way you workout is how you will start your day, how you will know what your limit is and knowing you will never stop until you accomplish every set planned for the day.

Food is Fuel, Supplements repair muscle:

Meal Prep Fuel Prep: What you eat is what will save you before and after the workout. The reality of you are what you eat will give you all the energy and workout will power to push each repittions further than you expected. The personal record starts with how your feeling, how your rest and what you feed the machine with. Many fitness professionals don’t give enough attention to nutrient rich diets.
